Dairyland Wedding in Snohomish, WA on a rainy summer day
Chelsie and Brandon’s rainy summer wedding at Dairyland was perfect. It is SUCH an honor when other photographers hire me to shoot their wedding. It's the craziest and most amazing compliment ever - and also great because wedding photographers plan GREAT weddings, although I'm probably biased. :) Chelsie is an amazing photographer and it meant the world to me to get to capture HER celebration. Chelsie + Brandon are just about two of the sweetest, kindest, and most genuine people you'll ever meet. I know I say this a lot, but I seriously get SO LUCKY and I get to work with the KINDEST people. They have such amazing family and friends surrounding them with love and support - it was seriously the best. Their ceremony got rained out at the last minute (yay thanks good ol' Pacific Northwest) but everyone came together and moved the ceremony inside just minutes before the start time. The result was such a cozy, romantic, and intimate ceremony - the sweetest vibes as they promised forever to each other. Dairyland is one of my favorite venues because no matter what happens with the weather, the inside and covered options are JUST as gorgeous and having it outside.
One of my favorite moments from the day was right after their first look - they read their vows in private to each other instead of saying them during the ceremony. This was SUCH an intimate and romantic moment - such a good alternative if reading them in front of everyone makes you nervous... OR if you'd rather that be a private moment! It was so sweet and amazing.
